Nothing to do with anything

Not on the list but if there had been one which said 'a moment of pure joy' or 'indulge in a moment of awe and wonder' Then tonight would have been it.  It was the school fireworks display and I loved it!  There is something about fireworks that hit the quick release button on my inner child; being out after dark, rugging up against the cold, the anticipation, the noise , the smoke, the amazement! I ooh and aah with genuine delight.  Tonight I got to see not just the heavens lit up with gaudy colours, but my children's faces lit up too.

Rambling like a mad woman but had to get this down, if I was bottling moments for my old age, tonight would have been one of them x
