A bit of a plod but continuous running, and that makes 3 runs this week.
Next run 4 x SP Gdns and home (approx 2.6k)

On October 9th 2008 I entered the home straight! The final year of my 30's. I have decided to celebrate by creating a list of 40 silly, harmless, pointless, fun things to do before I'm 40.
