In case you are wondering this is my left leg!!!

I am bruised from ankle to thigh.

My lower back is on fire.

My upper arms ache.

My fingers are frozen in 'locked onto handlebars' position.

BUT..... I can now cycle in a straight line about 20m across Annabelle's garden.

I cannot steer!!!
